How do I do it?
How can I understand myself better? I have trouble with naming emotions and expressing them, as various people here. But I`m looking for a way of understanding. I want to be able to talk more with my partner.

My first try will be asking them to ask me various things and maybe one of them I can relate like what would I do if somebody lied to me or how would I feel with it. I don`t really know. I`m just trying to be a better myself i guess
I feel like them don`t ask me a lot of stuff and sometimes its not the right time to say anything? For that reason i alo close myself up. I dont want that. Help?
