Rising Test Scores

Rising Test Scores
So I read on here that I should try to take the test regularly in morning to make sure I didn't have a bad day, and I have been taking it for about a week and m scores started around 140 and kept rising now is about 152. Should I get help?
My score has stayed at 172 after repeating the test over a long period of time. The test states it is meant as an indication. I've had emotional difficulty since childhood and have been taught to read emotions even without understanding them and find it barely possible even still to understand certain emotions involved in standard conversations. I personally have chosen a date to see a counsellor who may understand better and I think that if it is deeply affecting your personal life and mental well being then mate you should see someone but other wise it may not be necessary and you may not need to.

Alexithymia - emotional blindness - is a personal trait which affects roughly 10% of the population.

Alexithymia describes the difficulty of people to perceive and describe emotions of others and themselves. Most persons concerned are not aware about this deficit and usually they are just recognizing it in contact with others, especially close friends, within their family or their partner.

These pages should deliver additional information about Alexithymia and offer information for affected persons, relatives and generally interested people.
