So how do I find out I have an alex?

So how do I find out I have an alex?
a bit complicated question here.

I got a bit over 150 on the test, I had plenty of psychosomatic symptoms in my life, I have hard time expresing emotions and I feel like I don't understand how I feel most of the time, I feel awkward when people express their emotions to me and don't know how to react.

On the other hand I know how a joy feels like, how anger, sadness feels like and I am quite sure I was in love too. I can feel emotions only when they are strong, but they are there. I am quite social and I don't have problem talking to strangers.

So how do I find out this is alexy? I mean if you look at cancer symptoms on the internet, you might just rush to the hospital
Pod course maybe a clinic can help, but I was told a person with Alexithymia may feel emotions with subtle difference and thus be limited to describing things as "happy" or "unhappy" and so The limited variation, despite these strength of emotions can also cause Alexithymia.

Alexithymia - emotional blindness - is a personal trait which affects roughly 10% of the population.

Alexithymia describes the difficulty of people to perceive and describe emotions of others and themselves. Most persons concerned are not aware about this deficit and usually they are just recognizing it in contact with others, especially close friends, within their family or their partner.

These pages should deliver additional information about Alexithymia and offer information for affected persons, relatives and generally interested people.
