Topic: Is Help available in New Zealand

I suspect my daughter who is 18 may have this condition. She has voiced concerned she doesn’t feel emotions and can’t describe them along with other things. Long story short we are in Auckland New Zealand and I am wanting to find someone to help her with this.
Where do I start? How do I get her help? Is there maybe a site I can belong to in New Zealand where people may have help and understanding as there are a lot of bad councillors or psychologists out there and I don’t have a lot of funds .
