I have had these symptoms for 32 years at least, getting 173 on the test. How do I get a medical diagnoses and get continued support?

I'm 15 and got a result of 168. I was wondering where I can get an official diagnosis? I know it's not a disorder and it's a personality trait but it will be great to get a professional opinion
