is there any good exercise to practice how to describe my feelings in general? (sorry bad english, I'm brazilian)
In my belief, the best way for someone with Alexithymia to better understand emotions is to practice understanding them with another person. Share stories that invoked emotions with that person and ask them how they would feel if that had happened to them. Let them share their stories and share how they felt. There isn't an easy way out of this, I truly believe the best way for you to understand emotions is through social interaction. The plus side is that social interaction in itself is healthy for someone with Alexithymia.
I noticed that movies involving a courageous act will evoke an emotion in me.
Also, spending time alone where you really have to "get inside yourself" and pay attention to what you are reacting to.
