Topic: Alexithymie Questionnaire

I came across this last night after reading a book discussing the term alexithymia - which is essentially emotional blindness, to your own feelings and that of others. I scored high with a score of 128- this doesn't surprise me as I know I struggle greatly with knowing my own feelings and recognising them in others too. Anyway worth a shot if you want to share your thoughts??
