Hi, I got 141 in the test of alexithymia and this isn't the first time that I got a similar score in this test, I want to know if is necesary that I go with a psychologist.

I had 139 points also.....
I had 147.
I got 156 (multiple times), and I'm fine.
I don't think the score itself is a good judge of whether you should consult a psychologist, but rather how the trait affects your life/functioning.

Well I got a 172 and don’t really get why my number is so high but I don’t really feel like anything is wrong with me. I mean I know I don’t really feel a whole lot but I don’t think it’s such a bad thing.
